Shipping Policy

We aim to process orders between Monday and Friday and within three business days of ordering.  Shipping is then processed the next day.  Please note, in circumstances where products are in high demand, processing can take longer than three working days. 

*While we do aim to process your orders as fast as we can, these are estimated delivery times only, therefore Giftifies cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Please ensure all your delivery information is correct.  If any of your information is incorrect and / or missing, we may be required to contact you to correct this which can lead to delays in processing and delivering your order.  Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, we will no longer be able to change or correct delivery information.  This means that you, the customer, will void any replacements or refunds if the correct shipment information isn’t provided the time of the shipment email. 

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your order, which may lead to a delay in delivery time.

Depending on your location, your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or local courier.  Most orders will be delivered to you by your local post office, so the package will be received with your regular mail.  If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service / courier service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
